Indian-American 1st to be Facing 10 Years in Jail for Bump Stock Possession Since Ban in US

Ajay Dhingra, 43, is facing up to 10 years in jail and a $250,000 fine if convicted and is set to appear in court on September 12. The bump stocks are the attachments that enable semiautomatic rifles to fire in sustained, rapid bursts.
