New York City police say gathering evidence for possible Weinstein arrest warrant


(Reuters) – The New York Metropolis Police Department claimed on Friday that it experienced a credible narrative from an unknown female who has designed a rape allegation in opposition to Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and was collecting proof for a achievable arrest warrant.

Reuters requests for remark from Weinstein’s agent and his lawyer were being not promptly answered.

New York Metropolis Police Department Deputy Main of Detectives Robert Boyce explained to a information meeting that the alleged target “put forth a credible and detailed narrative.”
